Unstable identity/lack of identity and clinging to traits of other people is a symptom of BPD. I know a lot of people think she has BPD, and as someone with bpd I'm starting to see what they mean. When I wasn't on medication I used to jump from one thing to another, I'd decide I'm one type of person one day and a completely different one the next.
