Just wanted to say... you will need the spacers. It all depends on what coliovers you have, some don't need the spaces while others do.. but I run 5mm spaces up front... with extended lugs in the front and back. (Extended wheel lugs on Evo X.. are easy up front without having to remove the hub. But in the Rear there is a trick to install them without uninstalling the rear brake-shoes. )

homie ive got a 4b11t as well, it backfires on and off throttle. downshift from 4th to 3rd and blip it pretty quick (almost milliseconds early) to get the fuel in there quicker for a massive backfire (you need to be perfect in the revs). also high flow cats help a lot.

i had a .82 ar rear housing when i was stock motor, after getting it fully built, felt like the top end was getting chocked, and i went with the atp .94 rear housing, power keeps climbing all the way to 8500.. over 500whp on 93oct

The issue with spacers like that is not that the lugs don’t have threads. It’s that the weight of the car now rests on the studs, as opposed to the hubs. The studs are not meant to hold the weight of the car hence the risk they will now snap. Not a good idea.

Between 2800-3300 rpms and let off the gas or feather it ever so slightly and see if it backfires. Thats when it did it for me on the old stock exhaust.

I'd be careful about pushing more boost through that motor. I heard the bottom end of those motors aren't great. I've heard of crankshafts warping bearings cracking so I'd take it little by little.

Color is all preference my friend. I had a yellow car and I hate yellow, so for me it wouldn't have been my first pick. Again this is all personal preference, so if you like it keep it, if you don't then change it. I personally would have went a lighter blue (like the nitrous blue on the new focus RS) with black accents, but that's my preference, so do whatever makes you happy.
