I'm an old time gamer from the Pong era and remember when the first thing to give out tickets was skee ball. Been a sub of yours for a very long time (but rarely comment) and watched for your vids to see the new stuff and having watched you evolve into a superb master at what you do ..I always enjoy seeing you go to new arcades (glad there are some still around really) I was glad to hear you say that you were getting into some classics..who knows maybe you'll get really good at pinball and showcase some games and the tricks and tips ..It can really be challenging. If an arcade does this then they are not very good at running their business. There's three things I can think of - Firstly, if they think you're cheating or manipulating - and catch you doing so, then that is virtually the only reason they'd ask you to leave for "winning too much". Secondly, for every Matt there's dozens and dozens of players visiting the arcade who come away significantly down having won hardly at all. Most players there are there just to spend a bit of money to have fun but don't end up winning much. Finally, any good arcade will have their payout rates on machines set so that it's always going to result in a net gain for the owner.

The cool thing about arcades is the employees typically don't rely on players losing to make money. Even the managers. So they tend to be just as excited as you that you are winning a bunch.

I have been asked to leave an arcade for no reason but i was winning loads of stuff, when the staff came up to me they asked if I could leave I asked why and they didn't have a good answer so I told them politely I'm well within my right's to stay I haven't done anything wrong so I'm staying, and they went and got the management team to come and ask me to leave, and I said to them politely I'm not leaving without a good enough reason to and they threatened to phone the police I told them they can if they want they are in their rights to, the police came I explained my side of the story and they explained theirs the police officers came up to me and said they phoned us to remove you for winning to much and refusing to leave and they can't do that so try and win some more stuff and we'll see you around and they walked off, and to this day the arcade staff are scared of me going in there I don't know why tho.

If you're willing to drive four hours, there's an awesome arcade in Reading called The Works; In the mid2000s they remodeled an abandoned factory into an arcade, and now they have a kids play center called Ballocity, a Go-kart track, and even a trampoline park!

Get the plush Bomb Pop! Now I am obsessed with getting one of those. I did just discover that an arcade opened up sometime in the last few years round me. But with absolutely NO signs to let anyone know except a small one on the window. But it is a little used strip mall so it gets no foot traffic. So I never knew it was there. Plus, it is only open Thursday-Sunday so I can't imagine they are doing too well. The only other one near me is a retro arcade with all 80s classics. (Complete with the only 1 quarter to play price tag.) Which is awesome, but no claw machines. And all the sores near me got rid of their class machines too. But damn it..somehow I will get a Bomb Pop plush!

This arcade I used to go to when I was younger had this Addams Family game where you had to hold on to two metal bars for as long as you could while they shock you. It was basically an intense vibration but still pretty cool. Don't know if they still have it anymore.
