MY NEW FAVORITE BREAKFAST~~I'M BACK!!!

I made this totally on a whim one day and now I crave it. The crunchy and the warm toast and creamy avocado checks all the boxes for a fast and easy breakfast.

Yay! You're back!!! I have missed you something awful. I'm so glad you're back and I hope you stay. 💛 those chips are so good. When I buy them it's usually at Big Lots. I've not seen them in the DT here, only the same brand but guacamole flavor. That looks like a good breakfast for sure. Love you, Vhonda and hope we get to see you or hear your voice again soon. Hello old friend! So good to hear your voice. I've never gone much for the avocado toast thing. Half my problem is I've gotten so I dont like lots of prepping....you know, buy avocado, let avocado ripen, use before it's too far gone, peel, slice, finally use. But I will say it looks yummy. I'll bet those chips would be good with a lot of things....leftover taco meat, cottage cheese, chili, etc. I liked them. I don't eat many chips.
