Nice video. The tart turned out great. That was so easy. Next time you make sausage balls use a tub of jalapeno pimento cheese and several dashes of hot sauce in your mix. It's great! It gives the sausage balls a bit of a zing to the tonsils. I love it.

If you go to Walmart, they usually keep the cotija cheese down by the biscuits, but to the right with the cold tortillas and stuff. It's in a bag. That's our walmart anyway, but you're right. I can remember being a kid and living in the house back west and mom fixing slaw for Sunday dinner. I was so hungry smelling all that fried chicken or roast that I would ask her for the cabbage heart to eat so I wouldn’t pass out from stomach growls. It was sweet and peppery.

I love guacamole! I use the Great Value Guacamole seasoning packet. I have tried numerous ones and it is my favorite. I hope you have a happy & safe 4th of July!

Hi Vhonda ❤ We use the Great Value guacamole seasoning. We like it. I make mine similar to yours, but I add some Tajin, a little sour cream (like a TBSP), and a small amount of diced tomato. Guacamole is the best. Sometimes when we make avocado toast with egg, we use guacamole instead of sliced avocado 🥑 😋 Thanks for the video. I always like watching you cook and make foods. We plan to make some, but the avocados we got yesterday are hard, so we have them ripening in a brown paper bag right now. Jelly Roll is so cool. So sad, though. His wife Bunny's father just passed away not long ago 😢 He's a sweet guy in a rough package 😊 Haha, I watch this guy that lives in Japan called "Ericsurf6" and he's so fun. He's from Cali and is a surfer. He's married to a Japanese lady and they have two sons. One lives in Japan and the other in California.
