Good question, TBS sells a USB C to 5v cable this connects directly to any 5v on a FC. I use that with a + and - JST connector to swap easily between quads.

Ha! I'm glad you noticed that. It's actually a strap designed by a snowboarding company called Airblaster. I took them off a pair of goggles they make and fit them on the DJI hoops and they work perfect!

ALso total weight of the GoPro ready to go is 60g! which is heavier than a lot of naked gopros but it's the easiest mod to do.
