viewers of Simon tell me can i learn fingerstyle on acoustic? having a bit of a tough time and whenever I see people play a classical guitar it really looks so much easier with nylon. I am sure it is possible yea but like .. realistically .. for an intermediate player that hasn't played fingerstyle before. I've gotten to a point where I can play Para mexer at 70% bpm.

You can fingerstyle on anything. You just gotta keep playing. A lot. And be honest with yourself. If you think you sound like crap then keep doing it. I always think I sound like crap so thats why I keep playing. It's a vicious cycle.
