Awesome!! I have been doing some stick handling drills in my basement on the cement floor which works well. Sort of based on the Connor McDavid ones when he was 14. This will give me a lot more drills to do to break it up. Gotta get ready for the beer league hockey pick up games when it starts going again!!! Thanks from Canada!!!

Hi Im 11 and Ive been watching you guys since I was 9 Ive really improved with workouts like this I was in 10u b which I always had a dream of being in the NHL.at 9 there was no way I would have a chance. Now in 12uAA Ive really improved my skill with your skill workouts and my shooting with your shoot ing workouts same with stickhandling like this one. I used to have 4 points a season now I bumptet up to 35. Thank u

Great morning routine! Have a question on pucks- I notice you use the green biscuit, which I assume is lighter than a traditional hockey puck. Do you recommend using a lighter puck for these types of routines or can you use a traditional puck? Or, is it just matter of preference? Many thanks!

Can you make a video like this but with stickhandling only, not with other exercises. That would be awesome, because most of the time I workout then stick handle afterwards and don’t want to integrate another workout with my stick handling.

yes it would, i’d recommend using a green biscuit on tiles instead but a training ball would do the trick

It's a personal preference. I don't have trouble switching back and forth between gloves and no gloves, but if you find it a little tricky I would do it with gloves on.

I just ordered a deck of the training cards (can't wait) but now that I am seeing the HockeyTraining.tv program tells you what to do in the workout, that is a massive benefit! You can stickhandle with a ball on pretty much anything -- whatever you can make work!
