@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 that’s normal until your hands eyes and head are one. I don’t hold the sticks tight I use inside of my thumb and index to hold the stick just a little pressure. When I do that I’ll have the top of my thumb on the top of stick. Don’t turn in place too much you’ll turn out of them tracks if they are loose. Slow and steady pressure helps to make your movements fluid and not jerky.

I don't know about better, but kubota has a lot of really good features. But it's definitely equivalent to Bobcat. better in my opinion because of the roll up door. Just imagine not being able to run the machine with the door open. To me, that is a deal breaker

I choose the bobcat T770 over the Kubota due to the dealer more than anything. The bobcat door totally sucks…we just take it off all summer unless I’m mowing pasture then I take 5 minutes and put the door back on. Bobcat needs to fix this.

Wait until you have it a while. The door doesn't seal very well. That machine will be full of dust at 40hrs. The door track gets full of dirt as well and gets harder to flip up and down. It will also start to rattle like crazy.

They need a 10K discount but otherwise nice machine. Kubota just expanded their Georgia factory. The numbers are wild.. they spent 140 million dollars for this factory and it will push out 700 machines per day. So thats about 30 million gross per day. Not bad for a 140M investment. (yes I understand they have significant cost for labor and materials only saying that is pretty good they can gross the entire 140M they just spent in under a week).
@rayrayslawnlandscape2008

@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 Guys who own these things must not be making that great of money.. because when they go to sell them used they evidently are in need of every penny they can get! There was a pretty bad shortage of these things for a few years. I priced out a 65 before the pandemic and I think it was like 54K with cab, heat and now they are like 63K for an open cab. Since I got the machine in November I have made over $35k with it and I have not even put 300 hrs on it. It has a 2000 hr bumper to bumper warranty as well.. it's a great investment ! I hear ya. My issue is why can’t these things be reliable? For a guy like me who would be using it for personal use only, doing snow removal, grading, misc property cleaning, can’t afford to have a major repair. I hear a lot of horror stories with almost every machine of major issues with newer machines. You spend 75,000 and use it lightly for a year or two just to have a 5-10,000 failure out of warranty. Makes it tough for the normal guy to swallow…but I still want one.

Front idler is called a triple flange roller, air is sucked in through top of radiator and out sides of machine, thats why you have reverse fan on top . Its 72 nches wide with wide tracks, bucket should be 74inches . You should read manual man if your able to . I am afraid you will injure yourself. In my state you need a license to operate because a man rented a machine and his son backed over his brother. Equipment is very dangerous. Did you finish school bud . Maybe you should just mow lawns bud . Is this Florida or Georgia.

Do u have any idea what a pain in the butt it is to STOP the machine lower the bucket to open the door just to tell a guy something. @@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 To the contrary... I own a business, and if I ever caught one of my employees operating a piece of heavy equipment with the door open, I would fire them on the spot. There are insurance and personal safety ramifications to allowing/encouraging that kind of operator error. Since it sounds like you're an owner operator, you get to make those choices. I wish you the best, but I'd hate seeing someone get hurt when it's completely avoidable.

@cpududester if your spending 80k on a machine wouldn't you want it to be as versatile as possible? Run with open or closed door ? Why would I sign up for a machine that the door won't open while in use. It's not like my machine cost more because of the versatility in the door..

. The machines are designed to run with the door open dude. Not sure what are you talking about. They sell more open cab skidsteers than any other. Why do they make open cab ones then ? I only close my door when i'm running the brush cutter or mulcher or if it real hot.. If it were unsafe, they would not make a Open cab machine! You're logic makes no sense man! Man u cant make this crap up.

@@rayrayslawnlandscape2008 Now whose logic is flawed... Accidents happen anywhere, at any time. That's why they're called accidents. My comment wasn't focusing on any particular make/model. It was to challenge your irresponsible statement about operating a piece of equipment with a safety door being open. I'm sure your Workers Comp attorney would have quite a different opinion of your logic, if someone filed a claim and found out that doors designed to help protect equipmemt operators were not being used. Good luck running your business dude. Just hope you never have someone get hurt.
