In this episode of SnewJ. SnewJ's new $288,000 Lamborghini Huracan Evo broke down on him. The car only has 5k miles & shut down. The first issue that was found was that the BCM had water damage, meaning the warranty wasn't going to cover cost. SnewJ has to pay $2,700+ to fix that part. If all goes well & it is only that part that needs fixing, then we're all good to go.

Hence the quickness in his response when the service advisor asks for permission to r/i that motherboard. The guys @goonzquad went absolutely ape with repeated big ticket purchases during the last 2 months of last year. Why? Because, come January, that is all deductable.

That's the thing with luxury cars, they break down like crazy. I had a BMW for six years and it broke down on me so many times. Each time the repair would cost me $500 to $1000. Then it had a major break down after I spent $2,500 from repair so I had enough. I traded it in and got a new Honda Accord Sport, had it for almost two years now, never have any problems and loving it.

Don’t think it’s a manufacturers defect but if that module box been opened before and not properly sealed it will get moisture and burn cause I own a ‘19 Huracán Performante Spyder and this same thing happened at 4102 miles. It’s an issue down here in S Fl cause all the heavy humidity we get. I had a carbon box order and replaced the shitty plastic one that came from Lamborghini. Unfortunately, that’s how the Italians roll…. But I still love my Spyder. She’s like an bad GF. You know you should leave her but she’s too fuckin hot to just walk away from. Lmao.
