First of all, congrats! You deserve it! Also, Hey brother, I wanted to ask you regarding USMLE+NEXT. If NEXT happens in 2024, then what should I do? Should I prepare for USMLE after giving my Uni exams for 3rd year, and hope gor the best for NEXT, or should I prepare gor NEXT first, get that checked off the list, and then prepare for USMLE? I’m really confused as what to do, as NEXT is necessary yo get MBBS. It would be like a lifesaver for me if you could help me in this regards. Anyways, have a nice day!

In a place such as Hershey, PA this is doable. Cost of living is lower there. If you are a resident in New York/Chicago/LA there is no way without some assistance. Residency stipend nationwide is standardized so unfortunately NY residents get paid the same as same year residents in any other state.
