@@Rides4Kickz Thai people are very resourceful. Cleaning lady can probably do a lot more things than just clean your house. Perhaps help you with landscaping, Clean your house, Do your laundry, Cook you a meal from time to time lots healthier than eating out and even cheaper, Wash your Car or motorbike, Help get you groceries, Run errands for you, helping to maintain your swimming pool keeping it clean, Perhaps do minor maintenance around the house, Iron your clothing, cleaning and polish your shoes, She can probably get you out of many binds just for having someone who knows the area very well , understands thai culture, and also knows the language. They excellent for basically saving a lot of your time.

First Pattaya vid I can remember showing the real prices paid for housekeepers. After living in a house in New Jersey for nearly 50 years, I was so tired of the home and property maintenance. Stayed in condos for my last 5 - 6 years in the US and now 11 continuous months overseas. The one thing I would like that I don't have in condo life is a garden. Your current property just made me think where I would put my raised plant beds...

Iv'e always said .No Difference really than having Hotel cleaners who are worth their weight in gold ,I always tip them .Thankfully i don't get up stupid o'clock in the afternoon because of a heavy night out and them waiting on me .Can't waste the whole day hungover or not .They are Hard working Lovely people like most Thai's ❤Bless her. Hi Lucas, Thanks for the video always informative these are the things for Farang tat came be hard to find and arrange like house/condo cleaners. Maybe you should do a series of day to day things like this living in Thailand / Pattaya example were to get your car/bike service by honest reliable and honest at a good price. Maybe some good handyman service people I find this very frustrating unfortunately Thai building/handyman can be very hard to find good one also that they will turn up at all. The cleaning lady looks like a hard worker and happy that she has a job with good employer. Nice dip in the pool to cool down after a hard day working in the heat. I ALWAYS treat my workers well. - RESPECT, Kindness, Good pay, lunch, snacks, drinks(water/soda), etc. outdoor workers get a comfortable break area (shade, chairs, small table, etc.) ++ It pays in the end to have people who WANT to be there.

Having a housekeeper coming in is a win-win situation. Looks like she will do well, only time will tell. If I remember correctly, you planted those papaya trees in your backyard. We have a full time housekeeper and it's very much as you say. She has her own room and pays no electric or water. She has dinner with us almost every night as well. She also watches the kids once a week so I can take my wife out.

When i lived in Chiang mai my ex-Thai wife got a local elderly lady to clean the house for B400 a day ,one day a week ..That was 5 years ago ,so about the same you are paying .The wife was busy at her own business .This lady was Thai but many of the cleaning ladies up there are Burmese and are easier to find .

We were fortunate to find a sweet [widow] lady who likes pets, with her own transportation. She brings her own lunch or sometimes we buy lunch for her. She works from ~08:00 to 15:30, six days a week, with Sundays off. We give her other days off when asked for illness, family needs, funerals, holidays, etc. She is paid (split twice a month) 13,000 baht plus 500 baht for Social Security (which we helped her apply).

A great combination of traits for a cleaning lady/ I just hired on back here as well but here it is much easier to get someone for just once each week but at US Prices, no laundry and only a few hours each session but so far after three weeks I am satisfied and think I found a good one.
