Everyone that has the Sr2 loves it. I had the RR, which was for Rekordbox DJ. I didn't care too much for it, and went to the 1000. I hope you like it.

Truthfully no one cares about what you use when dj’ing. As long as they hear good music and have a good time.. I still have my original pioneer ddj sx and Its still plays clean. I finally just bought a new controller (the rane one) after all these years. I can add a external tone arm mod so i can play 45’s

The key in what you said is a controller. I hear so many people complain about a past DJ they hired playing Spotify or even KZbin and not mixing. Playing the entire song..short gaps between songs and lulls in the beginning of a song. But with a controller a good DJ keeps the energy going.

To get your crates really organized try crate hackers. It will change your life. To add on to that controller you need to purchase a DVS expansion pack. Hit me up I can help you set it up. I would practice practice practice. You'll need to get your blending and beat matching down in order to standout. I would take this out until your totally comfortable with mixing and beat matching.
