First let me give u some advice about the watermelon. Ur cutting off some of the main ingredients that is needed in the body. Remember when juicing watermelon. U want to juice the whole thing to get the full 225% of it's power. So next time wash the watermelon the same way u did the beets and reap the full benefits of juicing watermelon.

You have to locate someone who has a green house, farmers market or a farmers coop that sells to communities. Because most stores are supplied by distributors. Some will use smaller produce growers but most will use corporate food distributors who grow by bulk and use a lot of pesticides as well as GMO altered seeds, pesticides and herbicides! Especially the big chain stores, which after walmart is the only thing left anymore in most places!

Beets are so scary. lol. You literally have to SCRUB them or peel them to make sure dirt doesn’t end up in your juice. They’re good tho. Watermelon is the best way to hide the beet flavor in my opinion. Loved this!

Looks great, but how long can you keep those in the fridge before they go bad?
@JAM-dp9gj11 ай бұрын

@NickTrash019 ай бұрын
They will oxidize within 24 hours but typically unsealed you really don't want to be going past 3 days in the fridge and you have to store it in the absolute coldest area of the fridge. Now, if you vaccum seal the jars you can store them for up to a week, but again you have to store it in the coldest temps possible as in 34 or 36 degrees to slow down the oxidation process.

@thebridge548310 ай бұрын
The skin?
@NickTrash019 ай бұрын
Yes @thebridge5483 the skin has the most nutrients of it all very similar to how carrots have the most nutrients on the very outside so you don't peel them first. Same with cabbage. Many people throw away the outer leaves on cabbage but that's where the nutrients are. Same with apple skin. Has the most nutrirnts.

Lots of good stuff. Didn't see you soak the ginger in any of your videos. All ginger is coated with a growth inhibitor that is TOXIC so you want to soak it for 24hrs if you're not peeling it. Also fresh juice is best, convenience can be a killer of one's progress. So while making a batch is convenient. The nutrients deteriorate especially after 24hrs, so if you really want the benefits then you gotta be patient and make juice daily. It's like cooking your vegetables. Heat kills nutrients. Raw is best and the best use of your $$
@NickTrash019 ай бұрын
