@@retroliftsprs not taking the p!ss out of him. But it's not really to clever doing videos of him showing how to defend yourself when we know he doesn't have a clue what he's doing or on about. Some people will take his videos on board then when they try defend them self's from what he's showing they will get hurt. If people want to learn martial arts then go to classes and learn the right way. People need to stop cheering him on cause that isn't helping

These tech are okay but his excursions is sad ,one his so called guises to small and his black bet is not tied right, the best tech for women is back and run away that what we teach is class
