A really simple and effective master chain. I go out and come back to it. Only I use glue after multiband. It makes the mix less overcompressed.

Great advice. I wouldn't personally reduce by 6 dB on the master because there might be clipping on individual tracks. I prefer to finish loud and then reduce the volume of all individual tracks when I'm done so I know there is no clipping with each track.

If you are not clipping too much on all channels, 32bit encoding will help you not to get any clips or distort sounds. It has some extra headroom. Also if you render 32bit float files you'll realise it might sound clip but when you normalise it it contains all the dynamic information included ^^ But to be %100 safe your method is the right way (:

Oh, in FL Studio you can choose 32bit float which has extra headroom and resolution.

If you think so you can reduce it. It's best when you cut 100 to 150 area depends on your track of course.

Yea totally ok. The reason I do on project is to change some sound if I want to. But it's CPU intensive also. Rendering as 32bit wav file is a good way.

I used to do the same thing whith fruity balance. But instead, isn’t it better to lower the volumes down on every individual mixer channel just to be sure that it’s not clipping the fruity balance plugin? I don’t know if it really matters in digital software but just to be sure.

If you clip a bit it's ok. If you clip a lot yes gain stage must be remade with it. Agreed (;

Really liked the video man, i just dont know about 1 thing you said. If i upload a -7 Lufs track to spotify, wouldnt they compress it until it reaches -14 Lufs, and wouldnt it destroy the dynamic of the track and make it sound bad? Im asking cause i really dont know, ive never uploaded a song to spotify.

Yes it limits till -14 LUFS. But I never heard a problem on my releases so far cuz I'm boosting them really to the edges. I think it's best to put it average like -8 to -10 maybe to you'll be safe.

I was doing this for a really long time. It is a good way too. Now I prefer to put only a limiter and boost like 2 - 4 db to hear how its gonna sound when I maximise it in the end.
