I found a ability with the owls, when one has been frozen by the other, immediately after the thaw a timer in the top right of the screen starts. If you then jump on the thawed owl and start healing, it lasts for ages. I can heal rexs for 9000 per single heal. Useful tip for healing mounts.

For the savage acro, as far as I know it has a damage cap, so brachios are actually best to just tank damage due to their health and not damage (although they still do good damage with regular attacks).
@Chernobylican
@Chernobylican 2 жыл бұрын
Yes, Savage acro has a damage cap of 2500. So you wouyldnt want to do more than 2500 per attack and instead would want to attack fast. Brachis wouldnt be very good as they attack too slowly. From personal experience, a lightning wyvern army with high health pools are very good at dealing damage (if you get the lightning breath to do a lot of damage per tic) but since they cannot have a saddle, its best to run away when the savage acro is enraged which is easier than it seems since the savage acro's roar only shoots in a straight line.

So dinos have been placed taxonomically in a grouping of reptiles. Specifically the "avian" reptiles or at thebvery least as a part ofbthe "archeosaurs." Its been largely accepted that many dinosaur carnivores likely had feathers. However, whether or not the plant eaters did isnt super certain. We DO know the had four chambered hearts and their size may at the very least have kept their body temperatures more constant. This MIGHT have made feathers useful as it would keep them at least some between hot and cold blooded. It really just depends if feathers evolved super early in dinosaur evolution BEFORE certain dinosaur evolutions occured or after. So...would they have fur? No. Feathers? Maybe? Safe bet on the most bird like dinos.

I fell in love with the brachi when I found ARK Addition years ago, I just loved having them in the world and walking near them. They just gave me an awesome feeling. Kinda like seeing the brachi in Jurassic Park for the first time as a kid back in the 90's. They are fun to use and are great for leveling up or at least they used to be, haven't got to play with them in a long time as my friends pretty much never let me have ARK Additions on because they are trying to keep mod count low, but we have room to useless deco mods......at least ARK Additions adds in useful things that add flavor and change stuff up a bit.

To answer your question with the acro, the brachis can work and they will do quite a decent amount to the savage acro, though they are not the most efficient option for that fight and you'll lose a lot of them during the fight What I mean by losing them is that it will be nearly impossible to get them out and away from the savage's dangerous attacks

The wool on it is just dino fuzz, not picnofibers, cause brachis were related to the theropods it would have been a downy feather, picnofibers (pteras, and early pterasouromorphs) were evolved *separately. *We don't know if picnofibers were evolved separately or if reptiles already had the genes for them, my guess was that it was convergent evolution.

IRL Gigas aren't that much bigger than an Rex, they are actually weaker because they're lighter, Rex'es was an brute dinossaur but slow, Gigas in fact are much faster. Well knowing this, the sauropod family (brontos, brachis, titanosaur etc) was the real killers of everything, just like an blue whale, nobody can with them.

Hey syn. I see you always trying to get good saddles. Since you're modding try the "upgrade station" mod. It's fantastic and pretty well balanced imo. You can throw many things, like saddles, in the stations inventory and if you have the appropriate mats you can upgrade the item to the next tier. Some of that stuff gets SUPER mat expensive but at least you have a way of getting an ascendant saddle if you're willing to farm the mats. Try it out, I never play without it or the "shiny dinos" mod, they're basically a must have for any of my Ark experiences.

Though reptiles such as Dinosaurs and Pterosaurs did not have fur, in the traditional sense, they did have pycnofibers that looked very similar and probably were used for the same purpose. We believe that they were very apparent on young theropods such as Tyrannosaurus Rex who would lose them as they grew older. However, most Pterosaurs have and kept their fur-like feathers their entire lives. Despite this there is speculation to certain Ceratopsians having pycnofibers as well; like Pachyrhinosaurus along with other Dinosaurs that lived in cooler climates although, there is no scientific evidence to support this, it is simply a speculated development.

Honestly seeing how big brontos are and then having fought a lvl 42 bronto on herbi island myself it did only 19 damage to me which is sad when that stomp attack could have been the one to decide the battle 😅

What I read is all dinosaurs are born to have feathers on them its why they close related to Birds.

If these are that strong just off imprint. Id be curious pumping all speed and make it something you can zoom around with. That's what I'll do with at least 1 giga since it 1 taps everything before level. And that way I can cover good ground just by walking

Just a random fact scientists had discovered that dinosaur where not as close to being related to lizards but that they were closely related to birds

I actualy discovered that the Savage Acro's weakness is the ark additions "Domination Rex" because mine does 3k damage normaly (with the bite attack) and to the Acro i still did 3k damage. how is this possible? because it has the apex fighter boost that increases damage, resistance and decreases knockback taken. and you have 2 dominationrexes so... why not. If you dont beleve me, try the "bugged one" (the one that had its levels go from 180 or whatever it was, to 1) to see how far you can take it's health down before you die (or give up). I mean it's only a level 1 and you said it yourself, that you are going to get another one.

These things are stupidly strong XD I raised some X-Brachs, no mutations, and spawned in the Megapithecus and they just wrecked his face in. Once a few did their mega stomp his health just got deleted hahaha it was so great to watch. I wanna try them against King Titan but I'll have to go to the map since they seem to not like attacking him when I spawn him on Valguero.
