my New Years Resolutions for 2021! ✨ journaling, learning German, and working out

Wow. It is 2021 already.
2020 has been a stressful and tiring year, as well as one of much solitary reflection. I sincerely hope that you are all doing well and staying safe 💚
Of course, a new year is not a complete 360º change - there will be a lot of continuity from 2020 in 2021, but it's so important to reflect on our own personal situation and mindset so that we can both enjoy the good moments, as well as develop resilience to make it through the hard ones.
