I was planning to move to UK or Canada I've have been living in UAE For more than 10 years , if you have medical issues here. just go to hospital, u will get served. Lots of private hospitals here and medical services competition . So they provide offer and packages I'm happy here now, No plans to move,

bro പറഞ്ഞതൊക്കെ ശരിയാണ് .nhsil ഡോക്ടര്സിനെ കാണാൻ കുറച്ചു മണിക്കൂറുകൾ കാത്തിരിക്കണം ..അത് ഇവിടുത്തെ ആൾക്കാരും ഇതേപോലെ q നിന്ന് കാണുന്നത് .നാട്ടിൽ നമ്മൾ ഓടിപോയി ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ട് അപ്പോളപ്പോൾ യാതൊരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടും ഇല്ലാണ്ട് കണ്ട് ശീലോച്ചതുകൊണ്ടാണ് .emergency ആയിട്ട് വേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ Nhs ഇൽ വേഗത്തിൽ ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട് ...നാട്ടിലെപോലെ ഓടിച്ചെന്നുx ray ,mri,blood test എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഇവിടെ ചെയ്യില്ല .നാട്ടിൽ ജോലിചെയ്യ്‌ജ്‌മ്പോൾ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് ചില patients ,അവരുടെ bystanders ന്റെ performance .

ഗൾഫിലും health insurance വരുന്നുണ്ട്. ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ചികിത്സ free ആകാൻ പോകുവാ എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞു കേൾക്കുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഇത്ര ലാഗ് വരുന്നുണ്ട്. പൈസയുള്ള ആളുകൾ മുഴുവൻ ഇവിടെ private ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പോകും.

Consider this happened when you are in the US without a high premium private insurance or just ask a common American citizen on what they think of the NHS in England.It’s easy to find fault with this system but try and find out how this system has been working more than the last 2 decades.On another note when we come from India all our illnesses are major and we have no clue of triaging and in all NMS A&Es if someone comes with a life threatening injury they are seen immediately. I am from Kerala India and work as a deputy ward manager in a NHS trust.

NHS ആരാധകന് കൂപ്പുകൈ, 18 വർഷം മുൻപ് UK യിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷപെട്ട ആളാണ് ഞാൻ. എനിക്ക് വൈറൽ ഫീവർ വന്ന് കൂടുതൽ ആയി ഒരു appointment ന് ശ്രമിച്ചപ്പോൾ കിട്ടിയത് 15 ദിവസത്തിന് ശേഷം, ഒരു ഹെർണിയ സർജറിക്ക്‌ ഭാഗ്യം കൊണ്ട് 2 വർഷത്തിന് ശേഷം ഡേറ്റ് കിട്ടി. ചത്ത് പതിനാറടിയന്തരം കഴിഞ്ഞാലും ഡോക്ടറെ കാണാൻ പറ്റില്ല. വിശക്കുന്നവനോട് ഫ്രീ ആയി ഭക്ഷണം തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു വിളിച്ചിട്ട് 2 ആഴ്ച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞു വരാൻ പറയുന്നതുപോലെ ആണ് . കാനഡയിലും ഇതുതന്നെയാണ് സ്ഥിതി. അമേരിക്കയിൽ ഹെൽത്ത് ഇൻഷുറൻസിന്റെ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 50% എംപ്ലോയർ ആണ് കൊടുക്കുന്നത് എന്നറിയാമോ NHS ആരാധകന് ?ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല health care ന് ഞാനും ഭാര്യയും ഒരു മാസം $ 300 താഴെ ആണ് കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. ( ഇതിലും വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ ഇൻഷുറൻസും കിട്ടും ) സാധാരണ ഒരു appointment ഒരു ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ കിട്ടും, സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ് ആണെങ്കിൽ ചലപ്പോൾ 2/3 ദിവസം വേണ്ടിവരും ,പിന്നെ ഒരു appointment ഉം വേണ്ടാത്ത walk in clinic കൾ 8am to 11pm വരെ ഉണ്ട്, പക്ഷേ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ഡോക്ടറെ കാണാൻപറ്റില്ല എന്ന് മാത്രം. പണമില്ലാത്തവർക്കും റിട്ടയർ ആയവർക്കുവേണ്ടി government Medicaid / Medicare ഉണ്ട് . As Americans say " there’s no free lunch "😢

@@renininan3037 sorry to say viral fever and hernia are non life threatening illnesses but Mr Ninan like millions of other privileged people think you need to be seen as soon as you walk in because you have a temperature of 101, sorry to disappoint you but that’s not how things work out here and since you seem content with paying up for private insurance people like you can always opt as private insured NHS patients even in the NHS..so if there are free meals there will always be a queue Tailwind:have you heard of the Primary Health declaration at Alma Ata conference,health care should be free and accessible for all and that brings me to your statement about health insurance in US for employees,50% bla bla so if you are unemployed you must not fall ill I believe .Also I have a zillion gigs of data on the annual premiums ,what the sum assured is and the cost of treatments in the US of A Also I guess this so called insurance will pay monthly cost of medicine for millions with lifestyle diseases,chronic conditions,mental health issues all which need monthly prescriptions- we have the Exception certificate when all prescriptions are free or we have the 9£ charge for all prescription service for people who have to pay for medicines and the list goes on and on
