She was always kind and gracious, even as a little girl when shit went down at the ALDC haha but she learned to rise above the drama and not let it embitter her or dampen her spirits. It's apparent she's in a good place emotionally and mentally, and considering what she's been through it's a beautiful thing to see 🥰❤️💐

This girl got to have SOME magic going on for her to be my idol for this much time.- Like she was amazing from the start and just keeps improving as her life goes on. I just want to hug her and thank her! She's inspired me and so many young girls to get where they are today. She has made such a big impact on the world without realizing how much she has done. At first, it started out as her just being my favorite dancer, now, she's just an amazing WOMAN! So much love from me and my childhood !

I admire your attention to detail and how you are committed to Self care. It takes time and work, but this is truly the way to love yourself. Your vitality and health are bolstered when you stay consistent and are mindful of stretching, having your Sound therapy ( lack of a better term) and you are going to bed feeling good. I really admire that. Inspires me to develop this routine for myself.

Just a little tip the inhaler chamber makes that noise when your not inhaling properly. Did the same thing for years until the pulmonologist told me it’s not supposed to. Need to suck in and inhale with your throat not sucking with your mouth (that’s what causes the noise)

Heads up love. The spacer for the inhaler is to teach breathing 😮‍💨 patience. So next time if it whistles then try and inhale slower. It is not dangerous. Just means the medicine does not go to the area of the lungs it needs to go ya? 😊 🤗 Love your videos Chloe.

I have the same contraption for my sucky lungs! When it makes that sound it actually means you’re sucking in too fast. You should take a slow deep breath to let your lungs completely fill up with the medication. At least, that’s what my doctor told me. Obviously disregard if your doctor is saying something different, but I thought I’d let you know just in case. :)

Literally love you. Tip, I’ve had asthma my whole life and with that inhaler you have to rinse your mouth out or brush your teeth after you use it so you don’t get a common gums disease from it!

Just a tip from the wife of someone with super sucky lungs! After you take your inhaler, you should rinse out your mouth to avoid getting thrush! Otherwise the inhaled particles can tend to linger in the back of the mouth and cause problems!

Okay but I have the same inhaler lol 😂 but I do my Pro-Air in the AM (2 pumps cause my lungs suck too. Asthma blows. And I have like seasonal asthma and Allergy Induced Asthma lol). But, literally doing the pro-air everyday really helps. I also put in my retainers and do my 20 step Skin Care Routine (everything Zo By Obagi) pretty much lol. I also put body spray, lip oil + chapstick or lip mask lol) all before sleep.

Asthma chamber shouldn't produce any sound. I have always been taught that If it produced sound you are breathing in way too fast and therefore not getting the full effect of medicine. Try slowing down to get all the goodness
