I totally relate on the things about journaling, it is extremely therapeutic and you don’t sound crazy at all, I just did it before watching the video and it helps putting in order the stuff in your mind. It’s amazing hearing it from someone else, I thought I was the only odd one

Journaling is the best, i've been journaling since 2017 and i kept all of my journals, often i also go back and read them. It helps me a lot! Today has been very stressful, so thank you Leah for this calm and cozy vlog

I used to suffer with a lot of anxiety (and sometimes still do), I sincerely hope you can find something to help ease it. no I had not heard of him ! but I've added his book to my to be read (: + luckily I get a lot of sun in the day, and there is a radiator if I need it ! but I haven't been using it too often ☺️
