In my first video I am going to tell you, why I am doing a no-buy challenge for a whole year, what rules I set for myself and tips if you want to stop shopping.

So hard to do a no buy. I grew up in an abusive home and am so lucky I never got into drinking or drugs but I definitely am addicted to shopping. I have tried to start a no buy so many times and failed every time. Especially on particularly hard days but I think I’ll start with a low buy and set a very strict budget; along with a plan to reward myself with something more expensive at the end that I couldn’t normally afford because of my bad shopping habits. Thank you for the ideas and the little nudge. 😊

I think a lot of people are addicted to shopping These days… it just has become quite normal with these short product lifecycles and the ads everywhere 🙈 but I‘m confident that we Can learn to handle it 😅👍 good luck and you will be proud in the end 👍

@@Isabel_K Thank you for the reply and I completely agree. Way too normalized and I’ve heard people say something is good quality because it lasted them longer than a couple years! Things should last longer than a couple years!

I keep everything so when I want to buy something I like I check what I got and revamp it and it works out perfect that goes from clothes to household items😊😊
