@southeparkfreak4 жыл бұрын
@@Subway1427 Sure, but I'm not saying that they were rich by Western standards. I meant that we know of and are confronted with people who struggle to put a decent meal on the table in the West. Starving babies do that, not a well-fed family who have burgers for breakfast.

Don't get me wrong, the US does like their cheese, so they produce a lot of it, and some of their variants are very well-liked (Monterey Jack is a particular favourite of mine) but to the rest of the world Cheez-Whiz and processed cheese slices are what we think of when we think American cheese. Kur Norock Yea a lot of the bodybuilders are adopting the Vertical Diet by Stan Efferding and his partner and it consists of mostly meats, he prefers steak over chicken or fish was well because the digestive system in a cow is much better than that of a chicken and fish, avow has 3 chambers so it digests then regurgitates or something in the stomach and then digests again but it does that 3 times and that process allows for meat from a cow to have more aminos for you. It’s mostly, meat and white rice and eggs and more meat and then vegetables of course but the whole diet mostly consists around steak and white rice and so many bodybuilders are adopting that diet with great results.

Oh my, that's your mother? She's beautiful! You must be very young, cuz she doesn't even look like she's 50 years old. She looks more around about 30.

Even I have taken notice of it. People in their 50s, 60s, and even their 70s do look younger than their actual age.
