You can always apply before moving back but always update your address to make sure you’re in the nyc area. And your paystubs has to match the address

No it depends on your district and where the lottery is located. If it’s close to your previous home you have a 50 percent chance of getting a call back n it can take up to a year

Ashley. Appreciate your helpful videos. Please provide me with the compliance email for HDC. I am 75 years old and received email requesting documents, which I uploaded the following day. My complaint was sent to HPD, who replied the property was HDC. I wish I knew who supervised these compliance departments. Emails and calls go unaswered.

So I just started working again in November after 2 years of no work. Would they turn someone down due to that? Also I'm working as a server who is making below minimum wage ($10/hr + tips) but lately because of omicron I haven't been making many tips :/ because people are cancelling events and not stopping by... so my income fluctuates a lot. How do I figure out how much I make per year/per month seeing how my income varies day to day? They will calculate the minimum wage which should be about 20k a yeah you will still Be eligible for a studio and a one bedroom at Gotham point even though your income fluctuates you still have an hourly

I’ve been applying since the beginning of 2016. If they ever get back to me, no units for my income. It’s insane. I wrote my coworkers appeal letter in 2016 since we were talking about it and she called me excited that she got the apartment. Just waiting one day they’ll get to me but I feel like losing hope at times. I got a log number of 3 for one I wasn’t ineligible for but it’s just crazy at times. I’m happy you got your place as well. 😊
