This looks unreal - i'll definitely have to do the 15k ft jump when i'm over in Queenstown this year. Can't wait!

JezzaN1 Definitely do it, I couldn't recommended it enough! If it was free I would have gone back up in the plane and done it again!! X

That's always a good sign! Did you do bungee jumping, white water rafting, or anything else like that while you were over there? I'll be over for 10 days so looking to cram as much in as I can on top of all the snowboarding :)

JezzaN1 Oh I'm so jealous! We were lucky enough to live in Queenstown for over a year.. I would highly recommend doing the Nevis bungy jump, plus the Nevis swing (it's the highest swing in the world), we also enjoyed the Shotover jet boat ride and I would highly recommend doing the TSS Earnslaw boat ride and definitely book up the BBQ lunch which you can get as part of the trip. Check out my Queenstown NZ video to see what other things we got up to! Enjoy your trip and message me if you have any other questions, I'm happy to help! Xx

Can confirm that skydiving was probably the best thing i've ever done, also did the Nevis Swing, Jet boat, Paragliding off Coronet Peak and plenty of boarding! Already looking forward to going back again one day haha.

Amazing experience! What photo/video package did you buy?
@amywalton51357 жыл бұрын
achille295 Thank you, it was amazing! We bought the basic photo and video package. You could pay quite a bit extra to have someone jump with you & record but I’m glad I just went for the basic package, my jump master made a decent video ☺️ Enjoy!

MacalVideos Hey, I’m really not sure. They probably don’t recommend it but it’s worth emailing NZone directly to ask them before you travel :-)

wow, it is awsome ~ may I know how much for the package?
@amywalton51357 жыл бұрын
poey loo Thanks so much, I absolutely loved it!! I was living in Queenstown so got a "locals deal" during the quieter part of the year. I think NZone usually charge $600/$700 plus $150 maybe for the video/photos but they were worth every penny! X

Amy Walton Ok,noted. Thanks for the information, I will going to NZ coming this end of May, so maybe I will go for skydive, all still in the planning. Do remember who is ur jump master? He is so cute ...
@amywalton51357 жыл бұрын
poey loo Yes my jump master was called Will.. he called himself Will I am! He was so lovely too and really made me feel at ease which is great especially as I was so nervous. Queenstown in May will be perfect, enjoy your trip! Be sure to visit the famous Fergburger and also I would highly recommend Mrs Ferg .. I used to work there ;-)!! Any questions about your visit just give me a shout and I can help with some recommendations! X

So...did you get your skydiving certification after this? ;)
@amywalton51356 жыл бұрын
SoulFlames unfortunately not, I think you have to do like 50 tandem jumps before being able to go solo, and only after that would you be “accredited” to some means.
@itsmeheathermarie6 жыл бұрын
Oh wow! Here in the states you go through the 7 step AFF course, then I'm pretty sure to get your A license you have to do 25 solo jumps. Having to do 50 tandem jumps would be insane and very expensive!
