Hi Vern! Ive been watching your vlog specially your fertility journey. I had laparoscopy also last Sept 2022(your vlog relieves my anxiety pre-op.) I've been with 5 different OB's and finally I went to the most sought OB-GYNE in Abu Dhabi. My OB found polyps and PCOS as well. After being treated and taking vitamins same goes with my husband who has 3% chance of conceiving. I went to Bethlehem also and prayed for miracle. We are finally pregnant. You do not need surgery. From the looks of the size of cyst on the scan, it is relatively small. You may opt to take visanne or any dienogest containing oral contraceptive pills. Take it for 3 mos and repeat your scan. Removing it by surgery right away, if not clearly indicated, decreases your ovarian reserve, thereby further decreasing your chance to conceive in the future. You can maximize medical management first as it may prevent your risk of developing postop adhesions which will further be a detriment to your fertility chances in the future.

Hi Ms. Vern.. Kami din po ng husband ko hirap mag conceive. Nakita ko sa previous vlog mo na nagpacheck ka sa KATO sa makati... We've been married for 7 years. 2016 nagtry agad kamj magconceive pero wala talaga. Naalarm ako kasi regular naman 0eriod cycle ko pero bakit hindi kami nakakabuo. And nadiscover namin na oarehas kaming may infertility issues. I have endometriotic cyst (left 5cm) then husband ko has varicocele,low sperm count. Wala na nga daw kaming pag-asa magkababy sabi nung isang OB. Then dumating ang covid. I was a head nurse nun. Sobrang stressful! And i took a leap of faith. Uunahin ko ba ang pagkakaron ng anak o career? Sabi ko kay lord kung saan mo ko dadalhin, susunod po ako. Nagresign ako. And an opportunity came para maging possible na makapag IVF kami. Fast forward to 2021. NagpaIVF kami sa KATO. Salamat sa Diyos we had 2 embryos. Unfortunately, yung first embryo hindi nagtuloy. Failed yung first. Ready na ako bumalik sa hospital to work. But i asked God again. Sabi ko "Lord ikaw na ang bahala. Kung pababalikin mo ako sa trabaho,please bigyan mo ako ng trabaho at mga katrabaho na maayos. Or ipromote mo na lang ako bilang mommy..." June2021nagdecide kaming ipa implant po ulit yung 2nd embryo. At eto na po mag1y/o na sya thiss coming Feb. It took us 5.5years of waiting. Pero worth it lahat ng hintay,pain,luha,dasal. I still have endometriosis na need itreat. Wag ka mawawapan ng pag-asa. Everything will be worth it.😊

I had also recommended a friend who have been struggling to get pregnant PCOS related also for 10 years and luckily because of doc Mia she got pregnant the baby now is 2 years old and she really thanked me for recommending doc mia

I tried Sante Barley for 2 months, its very effective for me. I have pcos both ovaries and myoma as well but it turned I just got pregnant. I’m 8weeks now.

Hi! Just want to share lang po, PCOS is a Syndrome and it won't never be heald. We can do something about the symptoms and we can heal some or we can manage some but it is there with us forever. This is as per my Doctor here in Dubai, she is a Filipina Doctor and the BEST OB I have ever met!!! Hello Vern, if you are okay, we can introduce you to her too! Before she retire!!!! She is the best as all your worries will somehow go away. She is so positive in life maybe that is how she helps ladies to conceive even if it's hard.

Hi, just to share. I know someone who was completely cured of PCOS. She did a lot of modification in her lifestyle. She started with her diet- i believe she became a vegetarian and focused on exercising. It took her several years but it did helped in curing her PCOS. She even shared her ultrasounds and it did showed the absence of polyps.

PCOS is a metabolic abnormality. As long as you reverse the factors that may contribute to such, you may be able to cure it. The only reason why many consider it permanent is because of the high chances of relapse because many cannot sustain the stern lifestyle modifications needed to cure this condition.

Good thing na discover nyo before magka baby. First checkup ko aa pregnancy, nadiscover yung mga more than 10cm cysts. I had to get them removed sa 2nd trimester ko.

Try Ifern po, I have pcos din po. Nag try po ako ng Ifern 1 month lang po, then sabay exercise and diet narin po, less salty and sweets. ❤️ Nabuntis din po agad ako after ko po nagtake ng Ifern in just 1 month.

dna test is very expensive. hahaha my teacher did that to know his future illness. i think with the right amount of food healthy life style diet, exercise, get your general check up every year and drinking your maintenance (if you have) . you will be healthy in your lifetime. happy new year ate .
