RACHEL, THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR DIAGNOSIS. I PERSONALLY KNOW THE SIGNS, BECAUSE MY SON WAS DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, HE'S 27 YEARS OLD, NOW, BUT IT WAS HARD TO FINE THE RIGHT MEDS WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER. I TOLD HIM TO STAY ON HIS MEDS AFTER HIGH SCHOOL, BUT HE DIDN'T AND HE ALWAYS GOT GOOD JOBS BUT END UP LOOSING THEM BECAUSE OF HIS ATTENTION SPAN. I THINK ALSO IF HAD GIVEN HIS EMPLOYERS THIS INFORMATION IT WOULD HELP HIM IN THE JOB FIELD, BECAUSE HIS EMPLOYERS WOULD OF HAD DOCUMENTATION OF HIS ILLNESS. YALL HAVE A BLESS SAFE HOLIDAY AND MAY GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY ALWAYS 🙂💖🙏🙏🙏

Rachel, what are the Herbs/Supplements you're taking currently? I am not on Instagram. Also, you come across as being Smart & possibly an Overachiever. I have been watching for quite some time & enjoy your family Videos. I think if you sat down and made a list of what You do in a typical day from: wakeup to bed -- You will find that, without comparing yourself to anyone else, that you accomplish a lot on any given day. Just raising 2 kids alone, and Vlogging (with all that goes along with creating and posting a Video), is accomplishing a lot. Magnesium is a good Supplement when you learn all that it does in the body. BTW, what is the "name" of the (Tests)that your Doctor had done -- to produce the kind of Test Report that you read? Also, have you had B-Vitamin tests done, to see if you're low in any of the B Vitamins? Vitamin D3 is another good Supplement/hormone. Of course your Doctor can tell you if it's Ok to consume any Supplements You decide to take/along with your own research that you can discuss with your Doctor.

Lucas is such a great human being the way he looks at Rachel and the way he loves his family. He sounds a bit under the weather supposed he hasn't got over covid as yet.Two of my friends' little girls just got diagnosed with that too, looks like they are better at diagnosing that quicker now than they used to. Alot of adults went through most of their childhood, not knowing what was wrong. Didn't realize you interrupted Lucas, I watch Naka and Dim now she drives me crazy as she interrupted her husband non stop as if she is his ventriloquist, so you're ok trust me

This toy carpenters kit will encourage a possible career for your son. Also, the toy snake please do not let him take it to daycare/school because it may cause some concerns. A former teacher of mine years ago had to take one away from someone who was bullying someone in the class that he was teaching at the time of the incident. As a teacher, I am on parents' side and know how this can led to a concern.

I noticed this a long time ago because you remind me of my son who has ADHD; he was diagnosed as a child but could not take the meds because it would put too much stress on his heart. I would love to know what herbs you are taking so I can tell him about them. He is an adult (30) now!
