Same thing happened on my brand new Xpulse. Pressure would build up in the tank. However, fuel would never leak out. One day I had to park the bike outside in the sun. I was a little worried but I thought worse case one of the rubber hoses would come off. To my surprise the problem vanished. The pressure must have pushed out whatever was blocking the pipes. It was a lovely bike but sold it later to get the 390 ADV which has been trouble free.

Mere bs3 mein bs6 ka petrol tank lagaya tha tab yeh problem hua tha. Local mechanic petrol tank cap rubber mein 2 chote cut maar diye. Problem solved

Ek baar toh mein bhi daar Gaya tha ....bike dhoop mein tha ...jaise ho bike start karke 25m gaya itna zoor se aawaz aaya tanki se...mere toh soocha gaya mein. Temporary solution toh yehi tha ki thode duur jakar tanki kholo ...nahi toh bike stall ho jata tha aur petrol leak karta tha. Local mechanic ne 2 cut chote maare air pass karne k liye ...abhi Tak sahi chal Raha hai
