Sometimes when I pick up hard there is a rattling sound and I’m guessing it’s either the bash plate or some component that vibrates

Yes may be tappet noise, only at high rpm I get this noise

@@sangamnath0424it is properly detonation that is not detonating properly. Will have to get spark plug checked and replaced. You should look into it too. And make sure to change gears at high revs - wait for 3-3.5K rpm to upshift.
