The way Nile describe how it feels when the asthma is constricting you, is perfect. I’ve tried to describe it like it’s a lid in the throat. But mist is much better.

Wait, seriously? That’s so cool!! How long have you been doing gymnastics? I’m 32 and I want to get back into it, but I’m so scared my body won’t let me.
@ymdean232 жыл бұрын
@@Unpopable_Bubble you can totally do it. I picked it up 2.5 years ago. I'm definitely not as bendy, I have to take things slowly, and it can be scary, but so much fun!

Nial, as a fellow asthmatic i have never heard any other asthmatic explain how it feels to breathe when you cant breathe the way that i feel. Most people say its tight but my breathing feels like the air cannot get through a fog in my chest. I should probably get a preventer inhalor again... ive not used one for years (oops)

Could you do a video on what you do personally in terms of workouts and training, I think that would be really interesting?

It’s awesome how you pick that up so quickly I wish I was brave enough to do that😂Question:I’m trying to get my twist as well but I’m really scared my 13 year old anxiety brain just goes crazy🤣but when my coach says you do a straight front and drop your shoulder I don’t understand how like do you drop your arm back to your side or what? Seen as you did it for the first time I would love to know how😂Love your channel btw❤️

I'd be super poorly without my Stelara shot for my Ulcerative Colitis. Before finally getting this medicine to work for me, I was in constant pain, toilet atleast 6 times a day, that caused rashes. Not fun. But luckily doing so much better now I feel pretty normal! I only get a shot every 6 to 8 weeks so not the same as having to inhaler every single day, but ya..lol didn't know how to end that haha 😅 😆
