I've a very very bad experience in mastercard. All the peoples of my team in Mastercard are very bad. They never provide proper KT because they also don't know properly. Manager only play blame game and dirty politics. Even director and VP also are same. They don't listen your problem they only know how to blame. In my team everytime new employee leave the company in 6 to 8 month

regarding the role and responsibility its all mentioned in JD as openings are specific to a project so what kind of skills is required accordingly u will see the JD.

As i mentioned, if you are getting hired from IIT and NIT so yes there are chances that you can get if not its very difficult.

I would recommend never go for mastercard. They are using very old technology mainframe. They never upgrade to new technology as per market demand.
