Once all your streams got their results, they will either schedule it online or offline In online the certificate will be delivered to your preferred address and in offline mode they will give a nice grad party where they will give you a certificate

Nooo see if you are not on bench then you won't get projects call So like abhi you are not eligible for project roll on. Once you be on bench you will start to get in the projects

Hello didi, i was onboarded on 22nd July in Pune. I thought ki 22 nd se hi regular office chalu ho jata hai. But wesa toh nahi tha. Hamara NJX 5th August ko hai. Kya aap bata skte ho ki NJX ki baat training jo hoti hai woh kitne dino bad start ho skti hai. Mujhe problem relocate krne mein ho raha hai. Relocate kab karu..Samjh nahi arha hai. I am getting confused. Aur wo jobhi training hoti hai, wo training virtual hoti hai ya, offline in the office?

Hi Abhishek, NJX K Baad abhi aapke primers honge , primers jis din hoga usi week s training start hojati hai. For Relocation, abhi tho Bo aapko relocate nhi karenge for that aapko at least trainings apni puri karni hogi and then jb aap project m onboard hoge you can ask for relocation to your manager, wo wala easy hota hai. Training yr depends karta h agar aapka trainer apki location k hi hoga tho 1-2 months in-person ho sakti hai else hybrid mode m hoti h normally tho.
