The point he makes is that RNG can give you literally too many dupes, and if you used the selector to get the card which then you get many dupes of -> you've wasted the selector.

If you can use the cards to complete the 12 awakening, then yes I think you should. 6+ months of farming for Salvation is a freaken long ass time. There's no point in using the selection cards early though, so RNG might be in your favor and you might get them while you're farming.

Here's what he means: Save your card SELECT packs. What you're referring to (I think) is the card pack that has a random chance of any one card from that rarity. The Select packs differ from those, by giving you the option to pick a specific card at that rarity. In other words, he's saying save the ability to choose your reward until you're finalizing a specific set, where you need 16 of the same card to fully awaken it

Why is forest of giants needed on a mayhem zerker. Even if using cursed doll it seems useless. -25% from 30 (hp potion) is 7.5% that leaves you with the hp potion healing for 22.5% say in the end end game you have 41k hp as mayhem zerker that leaves you at 1025 hp. You are using a potion before 1025 health anyways. If you want more survivability just use the 6 piece set of nature's elementals for 24% damage reduction. Can run this set all the way until you get light of salvation functioning. Or even until you get lost wind up and running.

I was told dps classes should go for the card set that gives that 7% crit. It was shown in this vid, the one that contains light & dark armen, kharmine, king thirain etc. Dont know about the rest or I meant to say dont care about the rest.

@@buramukim4241 This is not a generalized solution. 7% crit is neat, but it's not the best for all classes. Some classes like Shadowhunter, Deadeye, Scrapper, Deathblade (etc.: back-attackers) get more out of the back-attack bonus. In t3 you should have stats focusing on decent amount of crit, not needing the 7% desperately. Also for example Deadeye has only one class engraving that is being used - Enhanced Weapon. (Pretty much no one uses Pistoleer. Except maybe in KR, since it got balanced and has some viability, but nowhere near Enhanced Weapon) Enhanced Weapon already gives huge crit buff just for swapping weapons. Also Specialization gives huge crit damage, meaning you don't want necessarily more Crit as you're not going to have that much Crit that 7% will make a huge difference.

Too many people in NA are concerned about the RIGHT NOW. I hope people don't go too crazy trying to get the bis card set. NA players have trouble with content that requires more than a month or two, because all our games are designed around 3-6 month cycles of content "resetting" when a new raid comes out. You can use your regular legendary packs, if you get a "legendary select pack" its good to save them because you can choose one legendary card to recieve. Getting one guarenteed than relying on rng is really powerful

End game support class would be the Lostwind Cliff set, I believe. The 30-awakening synergizes with the LoS set by increases party Holy damage. That said, you'll probably just be using the Field boss set for a long time so there's no harm in saving the card pack

as stated in the video, cards are a loooong term investment, and even tho card exp are rare u can def lvl up more then one deck. so if u are playing full supp, invest on the support card set that u get. the ones with hp% are great because the shields from paladin and bard aswell i believe, are based on ur hp. so the higher ur hp, the better shields u give, specially for paladin that he converts his shield in healing

Awakening works like that. You get your first card. You add it to the deck, then lets say you loot first duplicate of mentioned card, that is the moment when you can awaken your card for first time. For second time you will need two duplicates. For third, three and so on. So the most efficient way is to spread upgrading on all cards in the deck and keep them lowest level possible.

I think most people, including myself, will never finish LoS 18 or 30. I'm almost done with 12 LWC and that'll probably all I ever need/get. LoS 18 or 30 would take 2 years? No idea if I'd even still play then, because to be honest, the more I play the more it appears that Lost Ark is the ultimate multiplayer singleplayer game. I rarely play with my friends, because we're at different GS or play at different times. The only thing we somewhat wait for one another is T3 Abyss Dungeons, and then we play together for 15 minutes, great. But I feel like mostly, it's just singleplayer homework.

It’s because this set is relatively easy to farm compared to the light of salvation. You can get seria cards from wandering merchants, and solus cards from rerunning the story . This gives you 10 awakening and getting two duplicates legendary is much easier than 42.

I'm missing only the Delain Armen card to complete Lostwind Cliff set and activate 12 awakening bonus (almost done with the awakening grind). Would you say it's worth to use one of those selection card packs to get Delain Armen and get 7% crit rate bonus? (I'm playing mostly DPS classes) The only other reliable source of that card is getting 10 Ignea Tokens (10x zone with 100% advanture tome completion), but that seems like many months worth of rapport grinding. So it's really tempting.

I would recommend you to start buying rapport gifts and only use them for 1.5x the value. Maxing out 10 continents might look daunting at first but aside from arthetine (with Sasha) they are all doable. Don't waste your selection pack to finish the set, grinding out the legendary set will take much longer and you don't need an optimal card set right now.

For people that are saying, "Oh, I'm just gonna open the card pack for the Lostwind Cliff pack. I'm just missing ____ legendary card to activate the effect anyway," please don't. Chances are, you do not have max awakenings on Solar or Seria yet anyway and the set isn't worth it until you have the 12-piece awakening. Refrain from opening the pack until you have everything in place already and are maybe missing 1 last awakening if you really must open a pack. You never know what's going to happen while you gather Seria and Solas. Maybe you'll get lucky and receive the card you're looking for during the wait.

Seria is pretty straightforward to max, but I feel that a lot of people are misunderstanding the fact that "Solas is farmable". A single copy of him should take around 4 hours of full focus and boring gameplay, meaning you might need to waste (literally waste since you delete the character after) up to 60 hours of your life to max awaken him.

light of salvation turns ur dmg to light -> light dmg 7% -> light dmg 8% so if your damage number shows 1000 on hit, final result will be 1000 * 1.15 = 1150, if support has 30 set in ur raid it would be 1000 * 1.185 = 1185

i dont get this system, why am i supposed to collect cards, while not being able to trade them ... i dont want most of the cards, i just want my trixion at full awakening - i am 600 hrs in now and i just got one dupe ... i mean, i need 89 more then i got within the last 600 hrs .... i think this is the most shitty system i have ever seen in any MMO

Hey, in the english description of the "We'll meet again" card set it says you take 12% less damage from FOES below 50% hp, you said while YOU (the player) is below 50% hp, is it a error in english translation or something?

I don´t think saving for light of salvation 18 is always the right answer, not everyone is going to play lost ark for years. I think it´s ok to just use them on Lostwind cliff 12.

Lostwind Cliff at 12 it's one of the easiest things to get. You're wasting months/years of grinding just because you want something now instead of farming it up a whole month. Seria = Wandering Merchants, can use Saint-Bot Discord to help you on that since people are always helping with Legendary Rapports/Cards/Wei. Solas = Need to level up till lv. 34 and complete Solas Quest to get the card 15 times, you can spam it (if you are in that mood) or do it progressively so you don't get burn out. Kharmine = 100 Chaos Achievement / Armen = Awakening Quest / Thirain = North Vern Tome (easy to do)

Those "Budget" sets are exactly what im doing for. I'm told I should rush the main ones but. Realistically for a normal player I won't even be close for another 5+ months easily being gracious lol Edit - I also keep it in it's own tab, sort locked so I can easily tell which one it is so I know not to use it lol. I save a decent amount of card packs n use em in one go

Lopang island has daily quest, that gives you silver a lot. If you need to farm silver, you can do Lopang island's Three daily quest. (100,000 silver per day) ps) you can do only 3 daily quest per day.
