Tate had some valid comments about the universe, everything you want in life is there for the taking, it's your mindset that will hold you back. What you perceive, you will receive, which worries me about Tate, if he believes that they are out to get him, they will 😕 I believe he also, needs to change his mindset surely?

100% agree with mental health and not blindly following the doctors advice. I experienced this with my dad. He got put on anti-depressant at age 30 and sent home . I saw him continue taking anti-depressants for the next 20 years which slowly over time ruined his self esteem , confidence , thinking ability , empathy , emotions , health , sexual health. He couldn't understand why he felt this way. He would constantly cry ,feel so depressed and worthless . Which would make him drink alcohol. This cycle continued for years. He lost his masculinity. He became overweight . Became more depressed . He could No longer desire women or could get a erection. What happened? His testosterone levels declined rapidly due to being heavily medicated ( Zoloft, Xanax and many more ) and drinking alcohol . Combine this with no physical exercise and a unhealthy diet. Symptons of low Testosterone Reduced sex drive Reduced erectile function Loss of body hair Less beard growth Loss of lean muscle mass Feeling very tired all the time (fatigue) Obesity (being overweight) Depression Low energy , endurance , physical strength Testosterone has dropped almost %50 in the past two decades. Almost everything in the western world influences our testosterone .Medications, Porn addiction ,Plastic water bottles , junk food , fast food , no exposure to sunlight (vitamind D) due to long working hours in offices , no physical activity , playing computer games for 12+ hours , smoking , hard drugs. Testosterone is the life force in men, its what gives us drive , it gives us strength , it gives us confidence , its a powerful energy that needs to be harnessed and maintained. There's a reason why everything in the world affects our testosterone. They know exactly what they are doing. They want men to become weak slaves to society. I believe that heavy weight lifting , eating wholesome healthy foods, being in nature , sunlight( vitamin d) , limiting alcohol consumption ,quitting smoking, taking supplements like tongkat ali , zinc ( preferably in oysters) , fish oil, ancestral food supplements or preferably whole foods (liver , kidney etc) and any other practice that improve overall health and increase testosterone in a man is what could have helped him more. This applies to ALL MEN . To be stronger , mentally , physically and to be overall content with themselves. Stop chasing women , stop wasting hours of your time on social media. Begin to take action for your own life. Become a stronger version of yourself. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, USE YOUR OWN BRAIN , EDUCATE YOURSELF. I had my awakening after a psychedelic experience. This involved LSD . I experienced ego death , and became "one " with the universe . It made me think differently and realize the negatives of my life. It also made me realize the beauty in life and also to love myself. I ended up quitting gaming after this experience , became more in touch with nature , cut alcohol by 98% , stopped smoking and began my journey on self improvement and most importantly maintain healthy testosterone levels. I also began micro-dosing magic mushrooms after the LSD experience, which are a massive benefit for my overall mental health , helps me reconnect with myself, connect with nature, meditate , eat healthy, boost serotonin levels in the brain , expand my overall knowledge of myself, connect with loved ones. They are a natural form of anti- depressants without numbing your emotions, it can also boost creativity and give you ideas you would never have though of. Do some research , and please don't over-do it. You only need a very small amount to reap the benefits. Psychedelic's will not help everyone, but it definitely helped me.

@@sirwolfiusmaximus4201 It's a sad reality. I have seen multiple family members lose themselves with these medications / pain killers. Becoming zombie-like. There's a reason why magic mushroom is a banned substance, its because it can help people with depression more than these medications ever will. It's also one of the least harmful drugs you can ingest. People need to do there own research and you will find the answers. Seek natural remedies. but if you really must go to the doctors, then proceed with caution.

As someone who went through depression i totally agree. If you have suicidal thoughts, talk to a professional. If you're not suicidal and ''just'' depressed you have to start by looking at yourself and your surroundings and ask yourself, Why do i feel like this? eventually you will come to the conclusion that there's things you need to change or do in your life to be happy. You're not depressed without a cause, often it's something about yourself that is making you depressed. Maybe you aren't where you want in life, maybe you're overweight, maybe you hate your job....Look at yourself and make changes. When i got depressed i first took a ''deep rest'', then i went into nature with my camera by myself. That decision has changed my life to the better, the depression went away within a week, i got a new hobby that may turn professional, i started moving around all the time because of that so i've also lost a lot of weight, so now i'm going to start working out seriously. Things can change quickly if you just start moving, if you stay put, you will continue to be depressed.

I've noticed that almost all of these intellectuals and gurus say that they do not read books to build up credibility in themselves and their teachings but trust that people like Andrew and all of these other people online are deep readers of knowledge, they are just really good at making you feel a certain type of way while expressing it which is just as important as the person who came up with it in the first place. All of the information you hear online has already been printed in a multitude of books that you have never read.

My dad died 2 years ago. I didn't had a good relationship with him for the last 15 years. Now when I look back at the things he was trying to say to me, I do understand him and get the lessons he was trying to teach me. Back then I thought of him as a punk. Now I have much more respect for him. And I do feel after he died I started changing. I'm much more mature and hardened. I feel like it's my turn to take care of others and not expecting them to thank me for it. Cause being a man is doing everything that's in the interest of protecting your closed ones even if they'll hate you for it. I understand now, I'm not here to be liked by others, I'm here to be respected even if only after I die.

Good Points, Rob I love your channel. One thing though, he DID NOT mean an actual previous life, he meant at some point in this current life, he was involved in criminal activity but referred to it as a previous life and In the interview, that did raise a smile for me as I could see what you had taken from that and what he meant and the mild confusion in it all! It did not detract from a brilliant interview and I look forward to many more.

This is was either the best or at least top 3 interviews with Andrew Tate I have seen. Normally a Tate interview would have garnered far more views but it's clear that the video is being suppressed, solely because Tate is mentioned. I don't agree with everything he says but I'd say I agree with 95% of what he says. I used to see a therapist and take adhd medication before I started to listen to him and I'm a 36 year old man. My fiancées nephew introduced me to his view on depression and Adhd and since I have gotten off my medication and stopped my therapy sessions I have seen better results exponentially.

Wow. I like what you said about mental health. I remember when I gave into my spiritual calling which I've always had since I was a child but gave into the calling at age 40, I became depressed. I had no zeal for my several businesses. I had a sharp mind for business but instead left everything to go into the wilderness to meditate or pray for hours, sometimes smoke too. But when I met my friend who was a psychiatrist he said I was clinically depressed especially when I told him of my many spiritual encounters since I was a child, he wanted to offer me some anti depressant drugs which I refused. I am glad I refused them because over the years my spiritual insight increased whereas if I had taken them it would have decreased. So I agree with you there

13:56 I wanna say something, - I thought to myself after knowing about the pharmaceutical scam in the mental health industry and i fought with my mom about it, she said we should consult the doctor before stopping my meds, But supposedly the doctor scared me even more saying that my brain doesn't produce seretonin in the amount it should and that i have to take the meds untill it is capable of doing so, I asked the doctor if this is a case of acute depression, but he said it's a chemical imbalance and scared me into starting it back, On the other hand i'm studying spirituality and i can certainly say i'm in a happy place, and i don't feel depressed anymore but spirituality what they say is if you believe you are truly "healthy" and don't attach that victim mindset with yourself you won't need medicines. Thus i feel stuck in this loop of science and spirituality, can pls someone suggest me what to do?

Good points about depression/mental illness. I was clinically depressed for about 15 years, 8 of which on antidepressants. My depression was literally hell on earth. It hit me unexpected, and apart from some random guesses no professional knew what caused it and how to help. Antidepressants helped me to live without extremely negative emotions, but it is possible they took some portion of my ability to experience certain emotions permanently - I will never know.

Now here is why I agree with TATE on the depression part, I suffered with I took pills then it hit me why am I forcing myself to be fake happy so I fought against it I changed my friend circle, I changed my job, I took up new hobbies and I came off the pills and felt better in mysf because I TOOK CONTROL... Where a sky dad for example recently tried to hang.himself, diagnosed depressed and.he sits there moping, letting it control him and take over his life, he pops his pills, he now wets himself, and sleep 15 hours a day and is.not commited to make positive changes in his life to make himself better

I think everyone is confused up until the yardstick of being balanced- finding themselves in a nucleus position - not too extreme & not too liberal…… AT realises this importance in a man especially being from the West which is spiritually empty, morally bankrupt & ethically perverse- hence Tate’s new journey of accepting Islam will resolve & provide solutions a lot of problems men face nowadays. If one was to study the life of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) they would realise he championed a lot of these problems and bought people to the middle path.

I’m so scared of my dad dying…and my take on it is that fear of not having your dad to ask for advice and you no longer have that person and you become a man by having to solve issues by yourself. I’m 38…millionaire and I still call my dad when I get stuck and he will solve my issue in less than 1 min and he’s usually 99 percent right.

You’re being weak mate. Sorry but you are. Some of us never had a father figure in the first place. Yet you’ve had one all your life and yet you’re STILL scared ? You sound like a little boy bro

You are entitled to your opinion…being scared is not being weak…if you don’t have a father I am sorry to hear that but you are also fortunate as I am sure it made you stronger than me not having a father to guide you. Hope your day gets better…becoming a millionaire is not a little boy.

I heard the almost 4 hour interview, a couple times now. I have been digesting the words and actions. I see A Tate is a disciplined, in many ways Just under God and has alot to teach people about the loss of masculinity and the need for it's return. Weak men make Weak times, weak times make hard men, hard men make easy times

8:15 I don't think you understand the quote and the history of it. Its from the Time of clans and families and when the father died the son would become the Patriarch of the entire clan, making him the man of the house which he could never be when his father lived

Narcissistic tendencies are intrinsically part of our self preservation system. Everyone has had moments of success that required the some level of delusion/confidence/ego to help performance. If I felt I wasn't the best at some things, my ego might not allow me some opportunities. If I go in with a delusional sense of confidence (Good example of this is Tate's persona), sometimes that's all you need to swing something in your favor.

I was a psychiatric nurse for over 35 years. There are two types of depression Reactive depression ( sadness mental health) and Endogenous depression ( mental illness ) manic depression is a mental illness the depression element is endogenous in my opinion.

just being in the presence of Andrew Tate "SWITCHED ON MODE" could energetically buffer you up out of depression and into a a more solid resonance...he could dominate the mental health arena and help allot of people... if he choses to

After a bit of thought about who rules the world, if you go back to the Sumerians kings list of kings of Sumeria and look at the hieroglyphs of Egypt etc ive noticed the pharaohs are working for other species and these beings are likely working under the command of Anu or Enki, these beings may still be the legitimate ruler(s) of the world. Bit out there conclusion i know, but if you don't think outside of the box how on earth are you going to get outside of the matrix.

Rob your point on mental health and mental illness you have completely smashed it Poor Mental health and mental illness are two completely different things Good or poor Mental health manageable by yourself , mental illness not at all by choice and is a chemical imbalances I actually feel if you just take what Andrew Tate talks about and apply it to poor mental health it works to help improve Completely agree on your points Rob
