Andrew said that he doesn't want to be humble because the more he becomes humble, the more he'll be like the person who wants him to be humble which will make him poor and worthless. Correlation does not equal causation. Hitler was charismatic, but wanting to be charismatic does not make you more like Hitler. You can adopt one trait without adopting all of the traits. Humility is important because it is a factually accurate way of looking at the world. None of us chose our starting circumstances, the century we would exist in history, any of the events around us, etc. people who are selling you self help are scamming your mind. Apologise, but I feel inclined to add this feedback.the interviewer clearly lacks interviewing skills. Please take this as constructive criticism as much as Andrew is very good and skilled at talking and adding input. He can do that so much until it feels repetitive or too detailed so the interviewers role here is to interrupts at strategic time frames in order to add substance to the conversation which is apparently lacking in this interview. Please use George Janko interview as a reference other than that. Very good interview. As a big fan of Tate I have to say this would have to be one of his worst interviews. He usually comes across harsh but totally fair and truthful. Now his messaging is, if your worldly possessions do not reflect a certain level of wealth, then he has disdain for you. You're a loser.
