1. IPO is overvalued.... there is nothing for listing gains 2. Whole money will be taken by promoters as IPO is 100% OFS.. 3. Company has paid huge dividend to parent company just before IPO, that is why return on net worth is high 4. Many Anchor Investors invest in such kind of IPO because of vested interests...... 5. Anchor lock-in period end date for 50% shares (30 Days), it means after 30 days there will be supply ........ 6. Post IPO Promoter Holding remains 82.50% which is required to reduce further and there will be supply pressure from promoters in future...... I think it is better to stay away from this IPO.

So annoyed at so many so called analyists recommending to apply in this IPO due to gains they get from Hyundai to promote it's IPO. otherwise no analyist in their right mind recommend. - 100% OFS - Overvalued - All money going outside country to South Korea - Pretty much confirmed it will list at a discount or very minor gain before falling because of more supply less demand . - Clear greed from promoters taking advantage of bull run to loot money from Indian investors.

I am finerlogy fan and using it for last 1 year and it's a really great app. But nowadays I see one error like competitors are not good correctly grouped, so it may lead to in incorrect conclusion. IPO is a scam, we do not get allotment in good shares where expectations of profit is high, but we get allotment in LIC, Paytm, Muthoot Microfin, Suraj Estate Developers etc. which causes loss.

It's not a scam. Everything depends on issue size and demand. If issue size is large then more chances of allotment hence supply is more demand is let's say the same as for a small ipo. That's why it does not give much returns. A 600cr. Market cap company can become 1200 Cr...but it is really difficult for companies with say 25000 cr. Market cap to double
