10:59 do you both each get the blood-test done to get your sugar levels checked (its called - HBA1C) at-least once a year? that is quite a bit of carbs/sugar to eat in 1 - 2 day period

I get blood test done at least every 3 months as I have a pre-existing condition but as a couple we do a general checkup once a year.
