Seafood Salad Recipe
Ingredients
• 1-2 packet of coleslaw mix
• 600 grams of jumbo cooked prawns
• 600 grams of imitation crab meat
• 5 cooked eggs
Coleslaw Dressing
• 1/2 cup of mayonnaise of your choice
• 1/4 cup of white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoons ground or cracked black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Steps
1. Boil the eggs, peel them and put aside
2. Wash and drain off excess water from the prawns
3. Mix the coleslaw dressing ingredients together and stir for few minutes to combine well
4. Add coleslaw mix to the bowl and add half of the dressing
5. Toss to combine the dressing and the vegetables
6. Add prawns, imitation crabmeat and mix in with the vegetables
7. Cut the cooked eggs in half and added to the bowl
8. Add the remaining dressing
9. Wrap the salad and let it sit in the fridge until it's time to serve
10. Perfect salad to enjoy with bbq meat or have it by itself.

Thank you so much Ang🙏🙏I’m into seafood a lot but my family eats some but not all of it. It’s in the poly blood for me to have seafood. I grew up in the island having seafood nearly every second day for dinner particularly fish, crabs and all. Meat was kind of expensive so my uncle would always go finishing every second or third day of the week. I guess that was our diet back then taro and bananas as a side and seafood and some vegetables stir-fry with tin of fish (elegi) some nights. Sending love your way dear. thank you for stopping by🙏🙏😍

I know P Man thanks to Palagi granny for sharing her salad recipe with us. I guess you can leave the prawns out. I haven’t tried it with any other type of seafood but Om guessing it should be okay especially with mussels and oysters. Who knows it might taste okay.
