BBQ Chicken Wings Hawaiian Huli Huli Flavor Marinade Sauce
Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
2. Use the Huli Huli sauce as a marinade to marinate chicken wings or any meat of your preference.
3. Marinate in the fridge for up to four hours or overnight.
4. Thread chicken wings on metal skewers and cook slowly on charcoal
5. Keep basting chicken wings with left over marinate sauce.
Enjoy with Macaroni Salad or any sides of your choice.

Hello Milz! The bbq looks delicious.. bbq anytime of the year especially for us poly is yummy. I use the same recipe except the vinegar.. That’s why I don’t cook adobo for the fact that it uses vinegar 😢 Sharon calls me weird for not wanting to use vinegar 😂 she can shush!! 😂 But you totally nailed it like you do in all your cooking 💯 ❤❤ Thank you for sharing your knowledge and advice with us.
