This is more of Shahi Paneer than Paneer Tikka masala..You're supposed to start with Paneer Tikka, which would be marinated paneer roasted in tandoor or Oven along with thick chunks of onion and capsicum. The cream is only added towards the end as it melts and turns into ghee. Garam masala is also added last at the fag end .
