Nice digs Rico ! Congratulations !! The apartment is nice and spacious. Love the greenery all around. Awesome pool and a nice gym. Although, the gym could use some giant mirrors and a squat rack (or at least a Smith Machine) to be able to do some proper squats. Congrats and wish you continued success !

@@blktauna Absolutely, the supply and demand gets out of hand here recently. Many people want to move here, but, well, it takes time to build properties, so landlords take advantage and up the prices. And in Cyprus there is no such thing as a limit on how much you can increase prices.

Hey there! The reason is supply and demand. We have much more demand than supply in Cyprus at the moment. Many people moving here and not enough properties. Everything gets rented out super fast. I'll make a video about it soon and what my tips are.

Hey Oleg! I found it on the FB marketplace just as I describe in my Video "How to rent cheap houses in Cyprus". I found it in 1 week. I was the first one to look at it, and took it immediately, even though the agents had 8 other people that wanted to look at it. You need to be very fast! So nice! Congrats! so you went from a 470 euros rent to 1k (much better place of course), but you no longer can find a house for less than 600-700 in Paphos, that’s what I found out. Am I right?

Thank you so much. Yes, exactly! I remember when I moved to Paphos, I could find houses for 700€ (obviously older buildings, but still) but now, nothing. Hey there! Welcome to the island, and glad to hear that you visited it. You surely have a lot of experiences to compare with, haha! At the moment, we do have the off-season, meaning, it's colder, less people and the people that are here prefer to stay at home. It will be very similar in Paphos, but you can try out Limassol. It's the biggest city and there are always restaurants to visit. With restaurants, you're well covered in any city here, we got so many good options for food! Enjoy your stay.🙂

Some say, the further down into summer vacation season the fewer the rental offers. Your advice is highly appreciated.

Hey there! Renting a property, in general, is very hard at the moment. You will need to spend a few days here before you will find the right property for the right price. And in April / May it will be definitely even harder than now. Also depends on the location, the more central, the higher the demand. Hope this is not too pessimistic, and I hope I could help.
