A house thats similar size, Would cost $700k. Owning a home is a good advantage, but people build these also to sell, and.make a profit. It all depends on timing, strategy and.location, some times. The way your building, is actually a commercial, retail. Type of building. Theyre a little more, depends on economics, population. But people make money renting . Anyways this looks like a five bedroom, I usually see bricks for office and business.

Yes they seem to rely on building the house well above ground level, using woven polymer fabric beneath the concrete, cement render to both sides of the wall, and tiles on the finished floor??
