Your parents or your happiness.. seem like a no brainer.. obviously I would've chosed my happiness...1st off I don't do well with ultimatums.. that will just piss me off..WHY won't these parents just let their children grow up, find themselve's and make their own decisions and mistakes?.. that's literally part of growing up...why can't they trust the morals & values they've instilled in them and let them live their life?. I wish my grown butt would allow my parents to dictate my life.. family isn't a dictatorship.. it's ok for parents to disagree with their children choices... but they should mind their business and just be there for them.. you think my mom would've picked the spouses me & my siblings have? Of course not.. she can't stand my SIL😫.. but we're grown.. we don't need her input, approval or permission.. so she minds her business.. that's why we spoil her. She's a great mom..
