Op actually didn't "get a new legal guardian", she went to live with her aunt after her family kicked her out. That's not "legal guardianship", thats giving a fresh adult a place to stay because without a job and some savings, nobody can get their own place, even an apartment.

A public reputation is like an airplane. if you make one mistake and get rid of one component it could bring everything crashing down! and that's what happened here. they destroyed their own public reputation and I highly doubt any judge in the country will take their case. plus I highly doubt that the public would enjoy the fact that they've decided to Sue their daughter for deformation who dated himself have kicked out of their home! in the end the only thing they can blame is themselves. sometimes karma is the best kind of Revenge you can have.
