I'm loving that you are introducing your parents to anime, and they seem to like it. I myself am a father to 2 daughters. I watched anime when I was younger, but hadn't for 12 years (up until about maybe 3 or 4 years ago. My 2 daughters got me back into anime by telling me I had to watch My Hero Academia, that they thought I would like it because my favorite anime is all the Dragon Ball series, and they said it was kinda like that. I thought it was boring for the first 3 episodes or so, and then I got hooked. Now I watch a bunch of them. Seems like a good amount of them, like MHA, have a message/are deeper in meaning with what's going on.

That’s so wholesome! If you haven’t seen Naruto I definitely recommend! I haven’t seen any of db but i believe it’s pretty similar, and Naruto shippuden is packed full of great themes😆

@@GoldFamilyReactions My kids and I actually got to meet the dub voice actors for Ochako, Gran Turino, Overhaul, and Aizawa. I met voice actors from Demon Slayer, Dragon Ball, Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, and a few others as well.

Watching the first few seasons of this show make me cry every time. It’s just so impactful. Seeing someone who was always told they couldn’t be a hero. He knows he has to work harder than everyone else to be able to help everyone else

So, I just realised something. If Bakugo thought Deku couldn't get in, he wouldn't care if Deku applied or not... This means Bakugo had a suspicion that Deku might actually be capable of being the first person EVER to get onto the UA hero course without having a quirk. We know bakugo knows Deku has a heroes spirit, but this kinda shows just how much Bakugo really believes that Deku has the will and passion to overcome whatever odds he is up against even before Deku gets all for one.

We have no sense of how much that is either. (1 Yard = 0.9144 Meters) It's like that too for everyone outside of Japan, when they talk about prizes in yen. "700 yen, that's so cheap" ... Is it? Oh did my parents not clock it? 😂😂 (it’s been a while so I don’t remember) Yeah I probably should have made sure they realized hehe. I pretty much just equate meters to yards whenever im tryna get a rough estimate and ig they don’t 😂😂
