Oh my! I saw that lady and her children back in January. I didn't give money but crossed the road and went into the 711 and bought 120 bahts worth of food, water and some jelly deserts for the kids.

Hi Wyn we met in 7-11 on Tharappya Road about 6 months ago. I was staying in the Harmony Inn which was a great value Hotel. But I fell out of love with Thailand. But anyway I always watch your vlogs mate. Have you tried the 99 Bhat Sunday roast at the Gold Monkey in Jomtien I was amazed at the portion size and quality for the price. Nice condo for the price, but I fancy something more luxurious for my first year back in Patta, I was thinking City Garden near the Avenue. I can always get a cheaper place for the second year if I feel like it's a waste of money.

That meal was fair value and it contained a rather generous portion of chips (for Thai cafe food) as most places are quite stingy with their chips. Also I can't quite pinpoint where that Arcadia resort is because you had your beer and were then in soi Honey, which is somewhere I've barely walked through in about 10 years. Believe it or not it did get a bad reputation for lady boys mugging tourists in the early hours about 2011 ish.

Stayed there for a month.miles from anywhere,nothing decent nearby.You need a bike or it’s taxis to Jomtien/Pattaya. Decent complex,Pool,Gym, all very good.Cheap Condos mostly owned by the Chinese.

Thank you for your comment. It's Arcadia Continental I live. They do have ramps in the condo areas and lifts. I have not tried the kebab and a Bolt economy car will be about 60 baht to Walking street. Hope this helps and good luck on your move 👍

If you have the requirements in place Thai bank account etc yes but the timeframe is short. You may need to do a 30 day extension give you more time. Agent best way first time.👍
