I am of the opinion that the Shrouded Ghost can't natural spawn, Shrouded Ghosts are unable to spawn naturally, in the center of the Rare office, they just have a large, Crimson Button with a targetting screen to call in a Shrouded Ghost "Air"strike on a specific player

When i saw the shrouded and then despawn my stomach started to hurt and a mini depression feeling fell on me. Like aww man.

i genuinely believe the shrouded ghost is biased to spawn on newer players more often, i've seen a handful of people with the hunter of the shrouded ghost title and only one of them had over 100 hours in the game
