Thank you so much for sharing Simon … I haven been attending your lessons and learning from your course “the 12 Circulatory Pumps inside the Body” , your teachings and approach to yoga is very intriguing to me and different. I’ve been meaning to ask if you can please clarify; is the correct core you were explaining around minutes 20-23 same as the muscles engaged for “pelvic floor” , “Kegel exercises” or is it above that ? Or Is it the same feeling we get when we are able to exhale and inhale with ease while feeling the inner lower belly engaged and a bit firm,

If I have had L5-S1 disc removed (20 years ago, Tractor trailer hit my car at 55 mph at a stop light) and titanium rods to stabilize my spine, can I still generate Kundalini energy?
