What’s a brand you trust in the pro consumer to entry commercial? I came from in Unis starting in press & cinema w/ the original Bogen to the later built by Manfrotto. But like & know Gitzo for press mobile travel & discovering Feisol for mini tabletop interviews or projects. What’s built like the old Gitzo. Any German made ? I know KLM

For the yank version of Amazon it doesn’t pull up anything for the tether trolley. I did find something but it doesn’t look quite like what you have.
