I love the old door! As a little girl, we visited Salem Massachusetts. I remember them saying that the door has a cross on the top and a Bible on the bottom. My memory stinks but for some reason, I always have remembered that fact. The door has a cross on it, which I love. Always enjoy your videos. You deserve 100,000 followers so I hope you get it soon. 💗💗💗

I have a warm feeling when I see an old child’s rocking chair. My chair from when I was 3 was a high back black tole painted with gold designs on it. It broke when the legs came off in the joints. I came home from college to find that my mother had it repaired and refinished. Under the paint was walnut wood. It’s beautiful! There it sat in my mom’s living room with a teddy bear sitting in the rocker. It was for little people who came to visit my mom for many years. I got it after my mom passed. It proudly sits in my living room now. Always ready for another little person comes to visit me. It’s priceless.

I think Peter Rabbit will start trending again because the Millennials are having babies and Beatrix Potter/Peter Rabbit was all the rage in the 90s. Plus, Beatrix Potter fits the cottage core/shabby chic aesthetic 🐣🐰

The small 'shaker' 22:55 looks like the flowers may be? apple blossom and consider that it could even be a "sugar" shaker, porcelain. (Look up sugar shakers).. which were very popular in the 1930's to 1950's , often see them used in the UK

That old door was amazing It would look gorgeous on a shelf or mantle just as is . Staged with vtg white pitcher or pottery or just stacking some white cups or dishes in front of it . I would think it would sell as is without adding anything to it , at least here in California. We don’t come across pieces like that here very often.

I think you should have bought the door and sold it in your shop as is. Someone would have a plan for it.

Similar to plate holders for a shelf, they make holders for bowls. I have a beautiful bowl in my secretary on a bowl holder. So yes bowls can be displayed nicely. I liked the yellow and green bowl/plate you said was mass produced. I have a large hand done map of Iowa on my living room wall. It was done in the late 1970’s in color with towns along with drawings of what the town is known for. It’s priceless to me since I’m from there. Very colorful too.

I pretend selling through your videos. Thank you. ❤ Wishing you and Roger a wonderful and healthy new year. 😊 Can you let us know how your booth is doing? Is it profitable?

The apples make good teacher gifts.
@LindaKayHolevas22 минут бұрын
I had to chuckle at this comment because my mom taught first grade for 35 years & received so many apples over the course of her career. While she was grateful for the thought behind the gift, she always said if she received one more apple, she would have an orchard. I learned from her that the best gifts for a teacher are gift cards to coffee places. 😊
